The first six volunteers of the Wells County chapter of CASA, which stands for
court-appointed special advocate, were sworn into Wells County Circuit Court
Thursday.  The volunteers will work on “Child in Need of Services” cases in
Judge Kent Kiracofe’s court. Above, program director Ginny Vogel is sworn in.
